I wanna say Storm.

Enel's a bit of a glass cannon, and I think Storm has actually reacted to lightning IIRC. Plus if she's Bloodlusted, she could potentially just spam tornadoes or something 'til Enel falls.

Feats for Enel? I know most of the anime characters have ridiculous speed (so most of the time they win by blitz) but I don't know anything about this guy to really know.

@THUNDERBOLT30: Well lets see first he is a endless supply of electricity being able to summon 25000000 volts with ease 200,000,000 if he's piss enel(probably more) ,He attacks move at actual lighting speed,He can predict moves seconds before the user even think of them, electric teleporation and he has a golden trident he can heat to inflict more damage,He also can restart his own heart.

Enel's Mantra is faaaaaaaaaaar too nasty for Storm. Even if logia dispersion is off, Enel can still move at lightning speed. His Mantra can cover the range of a city sized island, and the more bloodlust the opponent has, the easier they are to predict.

Enel is a bit of a physical glass cannon, but still kicked around post Alabasta Zoro, and launched aa person sized sphere of gold into the air.

Enel moves behind Storm at lightning speed and kicks her head in.

Won't work. Enel is lightning and intangible and again, knows what Storm intends to do before she does it. Plus he is as fast as lightning. He can one shot Storm.

Enel in a massive curbstomp.

This is bordering on spite. Storm can't do much of anything to hurt him, because he is a Logia type so attacks without Haiki are futile. Unless she's got a powerful rubber weapon this won't even last a minute

Eneru's logia dispersion is off for this battle.

Regardless it doesn't matter. His precog will tell him what she will do before it happens. Then Eneru lightning zips behind her and beats her with his staff.

I'd go with Enel specifically because of long range, high speed, high power attacks and, most importantly, Mantra. Mantra's a pretty OP ability and only countered by incredibly superior speed or chaotic/rapid attacks.

I agree with this, his high speed and ability to do huge damage from long distance is what wins it for him.

Question about storm, can't believe I don't know this, since she manipulates lighting quite a bit how is her resistance to it? Not saying this will turn the tide, just curious.

Well Enel is a space pirate now,so hes probably gotten stronger since his fight with the Luffy.Doesn't really matter though since he wins regardless if he has or not.
