The fight takes place in gotham. Emperor Joker attacks the Avengers at a press conference catching them off guard. 

Emperor Joker has 10 minutes prep before the fight and no morals.  

Avengers have no prep and morals are on.

I actually agree with you and was one of the first people to call in out on the first page. But for some reason the mods didn't not seem to think it was spite and left it open for discussion for a few days. They eventually locked it because of all the flaming going on in the thread which I think you may have been involved in. (Not saying that you were the one flaming or the one recieving it) the readers and mods can decide that.

This is a very similar thread, lets see if anyone can make an honest debate about it without insulting eachother.

And yes, there was a tad bit of flaming which i apologise for to everyone else on the thread, but this is still spite. At least we've only seen Scarlet Witch use such unfathomable power by saying what she wanted, Emperor Joker doesn't even need a nanosecond to completely obliterate everyone.
