Now that Cyclops stole her half of the PF, Flash wins.

To answer your question, The Flash would win, for the reason that he is extremely fast. He can travel faster than light speeds which Emma Frost is no where close to reacting to.

Even if she turned into her diamond form, it would be too late. The Flash would have already got to her.

Telepathy wouldn't work on the Flash because Flash can speed his thoughts very fast, and again Emma is too slow to react.

Wally West > Barry Allen. Martian Manhunter >>> Emma Frost. Barry Allen was able to think fast enough to prevant MMH from touching his mind. The likelyhood of Emma being able to in ajy way effect Wally before she is destroyed is 0%.

Wally defeats Emma without much effort.

Is this an in character battle? In Character isn't Wally a horn dog after all the ladies??? He'd be at her side trying to woo her THEN she'd play with his mind. I personally don't think MMH is a more powerful telepath but that's my opinion. Not in character the speedforce wins of course.

The Flash. Emma's been tagged by Northstar During the X-Men: Supernovas arc before she could form a thought. The Flash is WAY faster than Northstar. Phoenix-Emma is another matter, I think.
