Emma Frost vs Terminator

They fight in a shopping mall. They are 100 feet apart. No prep. Emma is in her diamond form since her TP is useless against a cyborg (I think) 
 

 Terminator has a shotgun and a sub machinegun.

He isn't doing crap to her diamond form unless he has like some scanner for it to find her shatter point, then he would need the proper strength and durable item to shatter her otherwise Emma wins.

Emma for the win. I thnink her diamond form is sufficient but I also wonder if she could perform that same type of telepathic surgery that she performed on the Fury...???

Emma pretty easily

I know everyone is agreeing that Emma takes this and while she may be more durable in Diamond form, I don't think she can still physically match the Terminator in terms of strength. The Terminator would somehow find a weakness as In the Sarah Connor Chronicles when Cromartie analyzed the stress points of a bank vault and ripped through it like it was cardboard.
