Current Emma's telepathy doesn't work and current Magneto is very weak. Hmm, if Emma can get close enough and go diamond form, then I think she could win.

Pre AvX makes this a stomp for Magneto.

Current Emma & Max - yeah, I can see her Ripping him apart if she got close enough. I'm not sure about his flight capabilities currently and if can bury her in heavy objects I'm not sure he could keep her away from him.
