I think this the fight that Emma can win. She knows how Bobby thinks and how his powers work...she has been inside him and pushed all his powers to its extreme levels.
Bobby's weakness really are psionic attacks...which Emma specializes.
My view of the battle: Emma Frost vs. Iceman Starts on the Golden Gate bridge. Emma wins via telepathy and fight ends on the Golden Gate bridge. The end.
If Iceman had Ororo-level willpower after the body swap, then I would be voting for him. However, he's still weak and immature. He's fodder for Emmas telepathy.
This is less a battle of power and more a battle of reaction time because if Iceman gets his attack first then he win while if Emma attacks first she wins. This is essentially the cold war.

No, it doesn't. Bobby has had Emma inside his head since. She restored his access to his powers after Decimation.

Proof? It is extremely taxing for Bobby to transition from mist to water to ice. Even if he did do it, what use would it be in this battle? To try to stalemate Emma? He will have to become corporeal again at some point, or he will lose by KO.
Emma wins. Even if Bobby showed some kind of resistance to telepathy in a mist form (I never saw this happen, not saying it didn't but even if it did doesn't mean its a common thing for him to do) I still think Emma will nab him with her mind.

What instance are you talking about? Jean has been dead since well before Decimation. Iceman was repressing his own powers, Emma had to fight his subconscious. She forced his brain to do things it did not want to do.
I'll wait on the sources, but Bobby can be KO'd. Mystique got him more than once in recent memory.
I have no idea, it's never been thoroughly explained.
