Emma frost vs. gorilla grodd

Who wins and why..I'm not as familiar with GG,,,I only really know his story and read a couple comics of his so is this is a major mismatch I'm sorry

Grodd against multi-Mach, pre-Speed Force Wally West. Takes a blitz of kicks, paralyzes Wally mentally and then KOs him.

A little later. Takes three thousand punches from Wally, doesn't care, on the grounds that "I am, after all, a gorilla!" Okay then.

Grodd against modern Wally West. Throws a VW Beetle through a building with one hand, then mentally pwns several cops driving toward him. By the time he was taken down--by means of electrocuting him with a line used to power an entire apartment block, followed by injecting him with a dozen times the tranquilizer needed to put down an elephant--he'd wrecked several square blocks. And this was drugged-out, confused Grodd who'd just broken out of his restraints.

Grodd, a few floors away and still inside his prison cell, psychically slaps down a human telepath trying to interfere with one of his gorilla minions.

Takes a punch blitz from Wally, keeps his footing against an arm cyclone, and then takes no real damage from a blast from Fallout--a radioactive guy who kills ordinary humans and melts solid rock in seconds, just by walking past. Fallout's actual blasts can blow apart a fifteen-foot heap of Flash-compacted metal debris.

Fight with Flash in Gorilla City. Just before this scene, Grodd took over the minds of every gorilla there in seconds, although Solovar's son then reversed that just as quickly. Oh, and there's a missing page there; Grodd not only fell several hundred feet, he fell onto a pile of Gorilla City electroshock weapons Wally assembled. Didn't put him down.

Psychically disables Nightwing while beating on Flash. A little later, Wally KOs him...by punching him from Keystone to Wyoming so hard Grodd's fur catches fire from friction.

Grodd vs. Wally and Bart. He gets in Bart's head, before Wally takes him out by pushing him in the way of Dr. Alchemy's blast...which turns his blood to formaldehyde.

So, yeah, he's very strong and his damage soak is ridiculous. He can't physically stand up to class 100s, but he often lasts long enough to get in their head.

Just gonna leave these here for people to...educate themselves.

When I typed it into the search the only one that came up was a team battle with her grodd psylocke and someone else

Nothing in that mini respect thread sows that he can overpower Emma Frost in the telepathy department and her diamond form as taken just a mu punishment if not more than he has.

Depends on the setting, if there alone then it comes down to her diamond form and his natural abilities (enhanced strength/agile etc etc) not sure but I think that would be an interesting fight, They both have a lot of combat experience.

Psychic battle would be very interesting to see, so much so that if another Amalgam comic ever happens I would really hope for this.

Psychic Battle: Emma since she has more experience in mental battles.

Physical Battle: I'm not familiar with Emma's diamond form limits so I'd go with her on this as well.

there's something from an old thread about Avengers vs IJL (Injustice League) that I found that might give grodd some ground here....
Grodd manages to make a whole battlefield of supervillains cease fighting.

Also, someone was actually able to win that debate using Grodd as his "ace in the hole"... quite interesting really.

Emma is in Xavier's class of telepathy but I find her weaker than he is. She stalemated Exodus while Xavier was able to beat him while he had a bullet in his skull. And it has been mentioned before Xavier's mind is stronger and Emma needed psychic prep to deal with him. Just a bit of info. I got a lot of her telepathic feats.

OK thank you. That's exactly what I was thinking. Almost as powerful but not quite. Wouldn't that put her well above anything Grodd has ever done? Emma might as well be a new character. I know next to nothing about her and Grodd has never impressed me telepathy wise.

Someone help me here didn't Grodd take on Martian Manhunter an actually cause him to think he was on fire when he was in the ocean in...I forget the series although he did have the sinestro ring.

-Mindwipe and telepathically influence entire towns with ease.
-Gotten past level 9 psi shields from Xavier.
-When she died they said there was a psychic backlash felt that was said to be in 616 Jean's class of power.
-Psychic surgery against a Fury.
-Undo Hive Mind Sinister's telepathy while having an arm missing and bleeding out with only Namor holding her stub closed.
Emma's diamond form has withstood a blast from the Dreaming Celestial, withstood Genosha collapsing, hits from WWH, Cyclops' blasts so she won't be KO'd by anyone here in that form.
