Who wins?

Fight takes place in the daily bugle after Parker publishes a sex scene picture of her and Cyclops. IF the fight last more than 3 minutes, Cyclops comes to beat both of them for humiliating him and it would be Emma and Spidy vs Cyclops who is blood lusted and forgot his visor at home.

Spider-man isn't stupid enough to punch her, he is fast enough to make sure he doesn't even get touched and his webbing can hold her, she doesn't have the proper h2h skills to hang with Spider-man either.

Exactly. =)
He just needs to use his head, stay focused, be patient with the webbing, and get close once she is covered in the sticky stuff. Then she'll be in for a pounding.

Wait: I don't understand why Cyclops would attack Emma if Peter published the tape. She didn't do anything, yet in the OP it says that he will attack both for humiliating him. And if Cyclops forgot his visor, he would have destroyed a lot of their headquarters before being knocked out by one of his teammates so he'd never make it their.

Emma can easily take Peter out in less than a minute with her telepathy, so I would say she tanks his first attack with Diamond Form, then switched to flesh and blood, and crushes his mind. Is that allowed?
