Very interesting, I have wondered this myself many times. 
 
Isn't Plastic man a lot better at changing his shape though? 
 
And how strong can Mr. Fantastic be? I understand he can stretch and use that to increase his effective strength, but I am not sure....
 
and LOL at the Mr. Fantastic pic! What does he think he is accomplishing!!!

LOL i am also a onepiece fan and been keeping it up with the manga from the first day it released :)  
I know about his training / on the island with the darking :) But plastic man is no joke and what would make luffy lose is stamina. Because you know Haki wouldnt work on Plastic man and luffy can be cut :) Plastic man even have higer feats than luffy :) you know what I think we should post that if it hasnt been done yet :) 
 
But for now :) i am still sticking with E long man :) Reed doesnt have the fight been smart is one thing but  E long is no joke either :)
