Ellie (Last Of Us) vs Carl Grimes (TV series)
Ellie stomps.
Ellie stomps.
Ellie stomps.
Boys>girls...?
Sexist!
Thank you, sir! You're pretty good looking yourself!

Not sure if being serious, that is not what the term "sexist" means.
A compliment is a compliment I guess. :)
Carl killed Shane with a pistol at the age of what, 10? Ellie is fourteen or so. When Carl needs to, he steps up.
Sure Ellie is capable of helping Joel reach stuff and avoid gunfire, but she pretty much gets lucky in the one boss fight inside the burning bar, isn't she fighting a blind guy?
Carl will probably just blast her with his revolverino. With knives, Carl will use his superior speed and strength to win. Same for last round.
Only getting around to play Last of Us today.
You're in for a BIG surprise.
@hunk: idk if you're trolling or not but she's fatser than carl and and before / beginning of puberty boys and girls strength are almost equal
Ellie stomps.
Although the stipulations are different, this has been made before...by me...

Ellie gives Carl a vicious beat down.
This is rediculus, Ellie struggled with killing the monsters, and barely managed to kill a blind man.
Carl has killed several, including Shane.
There's no way Ellie wins this.
... what? What blind man are you talking about?
Carl shot Shane. It wasn't a combat situation; it's not like Shane was attacking Carl. How is that a feat?
Ellie only kills one person in TLOU, inside a bar and the man is blind. She struggles immensely in this one fight.
Carl on the other hand has fought walkers, killed Shane at the age of 10, killed his own mother, fought several zombies, killed another kid in cold blood and has shown great skills in survival and also bravery; saving his dad etc. He has also shown that he is remorseless and at the age of 14, he will now stomp Ellie.

What? Have you even played Last of Us? Ellie survives an entire winter killing bandits, clickers, runners, and bloaters all by herself. She would stomp Carl.
Clickers, Runners, and Blaoters >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Walkers

Yes, I have actually. I beat it when it first came out.
It is suggested that she does whatever she can to survive, but she is only ever shown killing a rabbit before you take control of her.
@jedixman: wouldnt that sum up to luck? i remember making 3 shots in basketball during my first ever time playing it. doesnt mean im a master
oh and code geass sucks
Why is killing Shane a feat? Shane wasn't fighting Carl. Carl has never fought a grown man. Although the man was blind he has more strength in one hand than Ellie does in her whole body, not to mention the fungal zombies in last of us are leagues above the walkers from the walking dead. That's my opinion anyways, some of the special infected in the last of us would take out a hoard of walkers. They are both accurate with pistols, Ellie is strong enough to use a bow as well, (I don't think Carl has ever used a bow and arrow?) they both are comfortable with knives as well. When kids are that young being a boy or girl doesn't really matter, I would give the strength edge to Ellie because she can draw a bow back and hold it, and fire it accurately.
First round is 50/50, both are moderately skilled with firearms.
Second I would give to Ellie 7 out of 10, she's stronger (IMO) and seemed to be quicker, the knife evens it up a bit though.
Third is 9 out of 10 for Ellie, faster and stronger, no blade for Carl to get a quick kill with, Ellie is overall the winner.
@hunk: It doesn't matter that we take control of Ellie during the Winter as the feats of her taking down grown men with her knife and killing dozens of them with her bow and Arrow still count. As does the multiple amount of Clickers, Bloaters and infected she has killed.
She is stronger and faster than Carl, as they haven't reached the age where boys start developing beyond girls in terms of strength. She has many feats of skill with her knife, and she has more stealth.
She has all the advantages and more experience, being born into the infected world. Don't let your obvious bias rule your decision.

The difference is she landed a lot more than three shots. And she was incredibly accurate with the bow an arrow. And while they are two different weapons, the concept is the same, point and shoot. It seems to be natural skill more than continuous unending luck.
@klaus: then I call hacks, probably nodus
