Well she is suppose to have Wolvie lvl Senses, Acid Blood, Super stregth that can punch thru a Ships Hull, and considering how she can throw 3 point shots with a Basket ball with her back turn I say she has good Reflexes or Coordination. She also good enough to sneak up on a Xenomorph, thats impressive in itself.

So really she kinda has all the benefits of a Xenomorph in Human form along with her bad@ss personality.

Problem her is Alice has shown more Skilled in H2H and Weapons.

So I give it to Alice.

Ripley wins through sheer physical superority. Acid blood, well above human strength, improbable hand/eye coordination, enhanced stamina, healing factor, claws. Alice is fighting out of her weight class here.

alice has very powerful telekineses, super strength, durability, agility, can create clones and is a very skilled fighter in all types of combat so she wins
