Good match-up :-). I am leaning toward Shadow King but I not sure who takes this one. Elias Bogan is a very powerful telepath, who should be used more often. Just thinking off the top of my head, he easily overcame Emma Frost and Rachel Grey, and Sage had to shut down her TP completely to avoid being over taken by him. He has controlled strong resistant minds like Bishop, in addition to IIRC, Cannonball, Gambit, Skids and Amara.
SK on the other hand has more TP feats since he has been around longer. He is stated to be more powerful than Prof X, easily assaulted Emma Frost's mind with ease in WAP despite her defenses, and IIRC he basically killed Psylocke in Psi-War by channeling billions of thoughts into her mind, which luckily she had the powers of the Crimson dawn to being her back. Psylocke had to sacrifice her TP just to contain him. And, in WAP he easily influenced BP and Cyclops, despite their strong wills, in addition to several other X-Men from across the globe. And he survived being consumed by the goddess Bast, so I am not sure how he can really be destroyed.
Yeah, I think so. Both have the TP power and skill level to challenge Marvel's top tier telepaths. SK has more feats and since he somehow survived being consumed by Bast, he may be unkillable. That doesn't necessarily indicates that he can take down Bogan, at least not easily. And Bogan, whom I believe also has no physical body (IIRC it was only shown during the flashback seen when he lost to Sebastian Shaw via Sage), so I also wonder if he has the same longevity and durability potential as Amahl.
