Gregor Clegane.
Simply has more feats than Elendil has. And I'm a LOTR fan
Let's compare them physically.
Height-
Gregor Clegane- 7'11''
Elendil- 7'11''
Weight
Gregor Clegane- 30 Stone (approx. 420 pounds, all of it muscle according to RR Martin)
Elendil- unknown, likely around 300-320 pounds, looking at his physical features.
Strength
Gregor Clegane- Inhuman strength, he is able to wield a 6 foot greatsword with a single hand, and wears plate armor so heavy ordinary men can't move in it.
Elendil- Likely is very strong, due to his physical stature. Lack of feats make it so I can't really gauge his physical strength, but he should be weaker than Gregor, due to the sheer size difference.
Endurance/ Durability
Gregor Clegane- Fights Oberyn Martell for a long time without tiring. Later kills Oberyn after being impaled by Oberyn's poisoned spear with his bare hands.
Elendil- Able to march for days on end and still be in top form. Gets one shotted by Sauron in his one showing.
Clegane simply overwhelms Elendil with superior strength and reach, and decapitates Elendil after a long fight
