I have no idea what anyone on Team 2 can do apart from Pikachu

Raikou and Thundurus also have Volt Absorb which means electric attacks heal them .

Probably the Pokémon. Pure electric attacks are void against them, but I'm pretty sure Storm and (maybe) Cole can be affected. However, the catch is that Electro and Static Shock generally don't use attacks that are non-electrical (at least, not to my knowledge). Cole can throw grenades and fire rockets, but they'll probably be absorbed by either the opponents or the ground. So, on team one, only Storm has an offensive capabilities that can affect the Pokémon to the point of injury. On the other hand, everyone on Team 2 has non-electrical attacks (Iron Tail, Fly, Bite, etc etc etc)

Pokemon? I guess. They're immune to shock.

I'll reserve judgment on the battle until I hear more on what the Pokemon can do and what their durability level is, their flight speed, and what their other attacks are. I think everyone on team one is immune to electricity, with the exception of maybe Cole (I think he was effected by his future self's bolts but I may be off on that), and Storm. However, though she is not immune to electricity she is highly resistant and can still counter these attacks.

I think he's considered one of the most powerful beings in marvel. IDK why.

As for the fight, team 2 should take it. Like everyone else is saying, they have good resistance to electrical attacks.

I know no one on team 2 except for pikachu but I say pikachu because he's boss like that baboomshca (⬅️ Tell me if I said that right) now on a more serious note I know that all of the propel on team two are Pokemon I don't know there power levels so if someone can help me out there that would be great but I might say team 1 mostly because of storm and static

Pikachu moves at supersonic speeds if not higher, he has good enough durability to tank anything team one has to offer except possibly storm. Legendaries are far more powerful, so its highly likely they are even more durable than him.
