Anime or manga Soul Eater? Because there's a huge power difference between the two.

I'd say he loses at Black Star. Ox Ford and Har Vard get beaten easily, and I'm pretty sure Maka would lose too. Kid would be harder, but with prep and knowlegde I bet Ed could whip something up to defeat him. ( Like, transmute something super symmetrical then stab him in the back while he's distracted. ) I don't remember much from Mosquito other than he could regen and had the whole nose thing. Ed could lose here, but he's dealt with regen before and destruction alchemy could help. Medusa would be like when he fought Pride, he could block her vectors and possibly a get lucky shot off on her. Again, he could lose to her, but there's a chance he could win, and since this is a gauntlet type fight I'll say he could pass.

He'd probably stop at Black Star because he outclasses Ed in pretty much everything. Though I don't think it would be a stomp, this is where Ed would probably lose for sure.

Anime only Maka?

If we take Maka's ridiculous transformation during her fight with Asura into consideration, I believe so.
