@lemonfryer: The feats on that thread are a joke compared to what E1 (pre COIE) Batman did.
To name but a few
Dug his way out of his own grave. he was placed in a lead coffin in a Worlds Finest issue so Superman wouldn't see where he was and buried alive. To escape he had to use Yoga to turn himself around in the coffin and dig his way out ( only the bottom had a removable part)
skydived over vegas without a chute and directed his fall toward a building where he then somersaulted and wrapped his cape around his hands so he could grab onto a light display on the side of the building and use the busting light bulbs to slow his fall so he wouldn't be killed.
Taking down the likes of Blockbuster, Grundy etc
Killing a lion with his bare hands
E1 Bat's was uber and rarely used his gadgets the way more recent versions do. I used to Love batman back then because he actually got hurt and shot but kept on fighting.
@beatboks1: You mean Earth-One Batman (pre-crisis) killed a Leopard with his bare hands? When did he kill a Lion? Post-Crisis Batman choked out a White Tiger by wrestling it. In the pre-crisis issue Batman #232 or Batman #233 he killed a Leopard.
@allstarsuperman: Earth-One Batman (New-52) is far below the movie incarnations; even the Nolan version and the Keaton one. Honestly.

@black_arrow: I don't think of Nu52 Batman as "earth 1", besides since most of pre FP history is still true for Nu52 batman that gives him a crapfest of ridiculous feats that are the highest of all. I mean post COIE batman was when he became the "batgod"/ "prepgod" that made me hate the character.
@beatboks1: New 52 Batman is called Earth 0/Prime Earth, Pre-Flashpoint Batman is called New World, Silver/Bronze Age Batman is Earth 1, The Batman in this Battle is Earth One, not Earth 1. Earth 1 is not Earth One.

The post-crisis years gave Batman his best stories; such as The Dark Knight Returns, Batman Year One, Knightfall, Batman Noel, etc.
