Earth: Metroids vs Xenomorphs - Battles

Topic...

Earth has been over run. Humans have been pushed to the brink of extinction, less than 100,000 left. Xenomorph hives have taken root as well as Metroid hives. Can humanity survive? Which species wins the turf war?

All "natural" forms of each species is allowed.

Humanity can use whatever weapons that a present day earth can provide.

Bonus round...

After the inter-species fighting has subsided, the Flood crash land led by a full developed Gravemind. Which species survives?

No opinions...

Personally, I think Metroids will win both rounds and could eradicate humans as well. Metroids, even in their larva form, are resilient and deadly.

I don't know enough about the flood to comment on them, but I'm pretty sure the Xenos get slaughtered by the Metroids. I don't think they would even be able to hurt the larval forms, which can shrug off hits from super missiles and fully charged plasma cannons (which, ironically, makes them much harder to kill than their mutated forms).
