Durge vs Ares

Rules: 
-Fight is to death or KO. 
-Random encounter. 
-Full equipment for Durge. Ares gets his axe and a gatling gun. 
-They start 25 ft. away from each other. 
-Fight takes place in the ruins of New York City  
         

While I like Ares threads and people on here usually trash him because he got ripped in half and can't fly, who is Durge?

I heard Durge can reform after being ripped to pieces. 

I'm thinking draw. I don't know how durge will harm areas but I don't think areas will be able to keep durge down since he can regenerate like crazy.

With this said I am not an expert on expanded universe.

Yup. He was killed when Anakin tossed him into a sun.  Unless we're considering "he gets ripped to pieces, but survived" a KO, then I don't see how Ares can win this.
