Well Thor did have plot protection against Strange to be fair - namely why someone could run an argument how he wins based off that and the lack of prep strange has here.

Classic Strange curbstomps RKT. Classic Strange has defeated beings who have stalemated Eternity. Eternity > RKT, and by quite a lot as well.

That only applies when Classic Strange has prep, he isnt as powerful without prep as people tend to make it out to be. Yes he has fought, hurt and block attack from Galactus in a random encounter, he has had problems with earthly magicians before as well.

Given prep, Classic Strange was shown capable of achieving damn near anything. Random encounter he isnt as powerful.

I wouldn't put it as "near anything". Not even remotely "anything". But I know what you mean.
