Who wins this battle of the toon

I'm not sure who wins, but we all come away humming a catchy song and about state capitals. 
    

the animaniacs win their toon force is mighty. Mighty enough even to receive respect from the bunny.

Lol no just no animaniacs are overrated. Droopy wins, they drive animanicas insane. Droopy cannot be driven insane and he cant be rid of. He'd just pop up behind them. And when droopy gets mad he beats the warners up.

The Droop Troop FTW. Nothing causes them to overreact or get rattled and thats what the Animaniacs really on, rattling characters and getting under their skin.
