May I ask why?

I would say wesker is faster and comparably decent at h2h or at least approachable.

I just see speed being the deciding factor in this fight.

A gun uses nothink by wesker he can even dodge a minigun with ease.

Anf a minigun fires 50 patrons in one second.

If you touch him he just disapeares and hits you from nowhere. You just don't realize what hapens when he attacks you. He teleports and attacks you from behind and immediatly he is infront of you and break you your nose.
