Dr.Doom vs Batman

Fight takes place in a random world not in the DC or Marvel universe, 
both have 2 weeks prep, 
fight goes until death or KO 
morals are off for both  please dont just say batman wins or Dr.Doom wins, please provide reasons why
whos the better prep expert? 
let the debate, begin 

Batman wins.......that will be all. 

He's the goddamn batman, that's why. 

Batman better use two weeks of prep to escape to another dimension.

I feel that Dr Doom wins. He has shown himself to be a scientific genius, who's on par with Reed Richards. The Batman outclasses him in raw skill when it comes to h2h fighting, however; he equals Batman in cunning and in will. He also outclasses  the Batman in scientific intellect and physical attributes, due to his armor and magical enhancements. Furthermore, I feel that Doom's prep outclasses that of the Batman. Granted, Batman is an excellent strategist, but he has shown himself to be quite limited when immediately confronted with threats that significantly dwarf his rogue's gallery(Superman, MM, and so on). Dr Doom almost always seems to be ready for anything and anyone. Batman, at his best, takes down the JLA. Dr. Doom, at his best, takes down gods and cosmic abstracts.

Currently, I'd Batman since Doom has brain damage and what not. But you got to give Doom credit for defeating Beyonder. So if these were classic versions then I'd have to say Doom.

I think this fight has been done all ready... but I have to say doom he has beaten abstracts like galactus and beyonder he also is willing to use magic, not to mention doom is a skilled fighter in his own right (all though not as good as batman). Point is what ever edge batman has isn't much but doom on the other hand...

It's very tight, and it depends all on the preparation. 
 
Batman would be an absolute fool to wear his normal outfit. He'd need to prepare some kind of energy-resistant armour to combat Doom's abilities. Dr. Doom, on the other hand, has his weaknesses, even when he's got his A-game. For one, he can't endlessly use magic, he'd eventually tire and that would definitely spell the end for him. He'd need to end the fight as soon as possible. 
 
As much as I love Batman, if Doom prepped correctly and went in with a strategy, he would end it with raw power. However, if Batman dragged the fight out, Doom would tire and lose. 
 
I'm going with Doom.

Batman is one extremely adaptive and highly intellectual so in two weeks their is no doubt in my mind he would have a plan to bring down doom.

Doom's vast resources, superior intellect and magical prowess give him the win.

With only a few hours prep...Doom took both Galactus and Beyonders powers from them in the same series. Batman loses here, Doom is king of prep imo.

i love the bat,but batman is not beating doom,   prep for doom is a guarantee win ....... kneel before doom...

Dr Doom winner.
Batman is a Genius but not a super Genius.
Batman is a superior fighter & tactician but under such overwhelming force so what. 
Dr Dooms armor and magic are to overwhelming.
Even if Batman had some contingency plan and weaponry to deal with someone like Dr Doom it would be back in the Dc Universe.

Doom. His knowledge of Science is superior and his Knowledge of Magic is vastly superior.

Dr. Doom wins, he has to much magic that can defeat Batman, Batman could only counter the technical stuff

Batman can take this, Doom has been losing to opponents that shouldnt beat him recently.  Classic Doom might have been a matchup but current Batman is just too powerful for current Doom (who is lackluster).

Stalemate

Doom wins this and I'm having a hard time seeing how he wouldn't. His armor gives him an overwhelming advantage in terms of any physical altercation, and it should also let him track Batman fairly easily. He is flat-out smarter than Batman, and his ability to prep is better (though obviously Batman is great at prep too.) Doom is also more versatile, in addition to all of this he's a powerful magic user, something that batman has no experience in.
 
 If this scenario involved Batman needing to foil a plot of Doom's that may change things. Batman could exploit Doom's ego among other things. But that isn't the case here.

No one defeats Doom!

I don't think that Doom outclass Batman in science marybe by a small margin. Doom has more impressive scientific feat due to his ambition and greed.

And people are forgetting that Doom's no slouch in the H2H department either. He's one shotted a Lion before.

Oh i forgot to add he one shotted a lion while completely naked.... ^ lol what? Isn't Doom supposed to be too? From what i've read, the only reason Doom wears a mask is because he has a little scar. And he hates the imperfection. Thats one tale i read. Another was that when putting on mask it still wasn't cooled down from being smelded together.

Haha! I still say Batman. Doom is good at what he does... very good. But, Bruce's feats are amazing AND he doesn't need to resort to doing evil - which is always easier - in order to accomplish them.

Batman is a god when it comes to prep....

That being said, Doom took on someone who was basically a god with prep, and then turned around and took on the guy who was supposed to be god with prep as well....

If Batman had a lot more prep than Doom, he might be able to take this. But Doom is not only superior to Batman in every physical aspect, he's also got way more resources at his disposal, and access to magic. In the end Batman is just outmatched here.
