Drax survived being hit by the Milano when Rocket suicide bombed it into Ronan. That alone showed that Drax is far too durable for Bane or Batman to hurt him.
@kangconquers: which is why I put him in unfamiliar ground, gave batman a partner, and everyone has standard gear including batman (with his batarangs). And both have more skill in fighting. Someone could make a case for them.

You could make a case for them being more skilled than Drax sure, but I'm not sure there's absolutely anything they can do to hurt someone who is simply "knocked out" when a space ship crashes into him.
Drax also was able to kill Korath, who tanked getting shot at 5-10 yards by two laser guns to the chest, which means he's able to dish out some insane damage. I just think Drax is too strong and durable for either Bane or Batman to have any effect on him.
