Well, if we go by the Lawful Good Dovahkiin at the maximum level, he could/would possess dragon bone weapons and magic. The weapons of the Unsullied are limited to steel and wood, and the Unsullied themselves are not very heavily armoured. If the Dovahkiin's shouts have similar effects on Westerosi Dragons as they do to Skyrim Dragons, and heas able to use them like the fully-realized Dragonborn can (that is, one after another like the Greybeards), then Dragon Aspect, Dragonrend, Call Odahviing, and Call Duhneviir would be in order. Even then, the two Skyrim Dragons are smaller than the Westerosi Dragons, but they would do their job of keeping them at bay. Their best bet, though, is to engage Daenerys' conventional forces. Daenerys' best troops (the Unsullied) are not archers, and her freedmen aren't the best, either. The Dragons should be able to neutralise them, or at least keep them busy.
In the meantime, the Dragonborn will have to face the three dragons alone. Fortunately, killing Dragons is what he does. His greatest asset is that neither fire nor lightning are insta-kill like they are in the real world or in Westeros. Also, he has access to the spell Lightning Storm, which can be used to drive the dragons to the ground. Dragonrend would do the same as well. If he used Auriel's bow and Call Storm immediately afterward, he could inflict damage on the entire army and the dragons as well, though he risks damage to his own two dragons.
The Dragonborn's shield can be made so as to be able to block out 80% of fire damage, and with his armour, that's another 80% reduction. While not making him immune, it allows him to shield-charge the dragons. If they're on the ground, their mobility would not be good enough to evade the Dovahkiin, and with a fully enchanted, Legendary Dragonbone Warhammer with Dragon Aspect used, he'll be able to down one or maybe even two dragons. Let's assume Drogon's dead, with Viserion wounded and Rhaegal stunned. At that point, Odahviing and Duhneviir can come back and finish off Viserion while Dovahkiin 1v1s Rhaegal. While the Dovahkiin lacks the sudden overload of power that he used to bring down Drogon, Rhaegal is stunned and grounded. Using Dragonrend once more, the Dovahkiin unleashes every ounce of magic he has to kill Rhaegal with Lightning Storm. Now that the Dragons are dead, the Dovahkiin takes some potions to restore health, fatigue, and magicka before advancing against the Army.
The Unsullied work in a phalanx formation, easy pickings for Rune Spells, Lightning Storm, Blizzard, AOE shouts, explosive flame spells, and Unrelenting Force. While all this is going on, the Dovahkiin can unleash arrow after arrow, picking off the Unsullied. When their formation is all jumbled, the Dovahkiin can charge in with his Dragonbone Warhammer, Expert-Level Destruction spells, shield, and Dragonbone Sword, and wade in there, eating cheese wheels and stew. Provided he prepared adequately, he should have a whole ton of potions at the ready, allowing him to keep up the onslaught. Eventually, the Unsullied, whose greatest assets (discipline and courage) are shattered, will have to fall back, and the freedmen will suffer a blow to their morale. Then, the Dovahkiin can summon in his two dragons, and rout the army. Then he can go, kill Daario, drink with Belwas, wrestle with Jorah, debate with Barristan, kill Hizdahr and marry Dany and live happily ever after.
