Hmm. I am going have to think about my this, but I do have a couple of questions.

Is this Base Vegetto from the anime or hypothetical Base Vegetto from the manga? Anime Base Vegetto was depicted as superior to Buuhan whereas it was heavily implied in the manga that Vegetto needed super saiyan to beat Buu. He transforms straight away. Base Vegetto's power placement in comparison is highly debated.

Is Goku dead?

Gotenks stalls Rildo until he kills himself for even reminding us of GT.

I never watched most of GT. How strong is Rildo? And then I'll answer.

@thelocust619: In the manga Vegito powered up directly to ssj so the part were he fought in base was strictly filler.

Anime Base Veggeto could possibly beat Buuhan. Even in the anime, Buuhan was stated to be stronger than base Veggeto. Don't know about Rildo but Veggeto takes everyone under Buuhan. Villains probably.

@bahumat: Buuhan was stated stronger by Buuhan himself, who refused to accept it even after he went ssj. That's not really reliable..

@bahumat: He wasn't just trying to beat him, though, he was trying to save his famiry. Ohana means famiry. If the matter were as simple as blowing him into nothing, feats show it wouldn't have been too difficult if he stopped showing off. Famiry.

-to accomplish a completely different task. Comparatively, beating Buu is far simpler keeping him alive and building damage over time in order to figure out a way to rescue people he already absorbed.

-he was still trying harder than base Vegeto, who hadn't really bothered to do more than some moderate sparring before basically deciding he could just make life easy and just completely own him in ssj.

@thelocust619: Super Buuhan said that Veggeto is very strong but not stronger than himself. Veggeto does not disagree and proceeds to go Super Saiyan. I might be wrong though, I'll search for some scans.

@bahumat: This is anime Vegeto. Manga Vegeto didn't f*ck around, he was making a point lol Regardless, SSJ was necessary for resisting complete absorption. Nothing other than Buu's gloating suggests base Vegeto couldn't take him out. Based on showings, he was the superior fighter without even trying to go for the kill.

Anime base Vegito is superior to buuhan in every way. Plus Vegito does have a potential ssj 2 and 3 to put him at a immeasurably level (if beerus came and the z fighters didn't have God mode, I'd say ssj3 Vegito would be there best bet of winning.) Gogeta also has these potential 's but it's not necessary,he can one shot almost all of the villains due to his technique that destroys evil (can't remember the name,he used it on janemba ). Gotenks holds off General rildo long enough for the others to get done. Ultimate gohan vs kid buu, it's debatable if gohan is stronger than kid buu or not, he either holds him off long enough for one of the fusions to be done, or he'll kill him by himself (whichever you guys think ). Goku would Dragon fist hirudegarn again and end him. I'd say hero's all the way!

For the record, Japanese dubbed anime had Veggeto and Buuhan close. Japanese > English

Buuhan and Vegito in his base form have approximately the same power level although Vegito is a bit stronger than Buuhan...Then Vegito turned SSJ an Buuhan was MUCH MUCH MORE weaker than Vegito....Vegito just needed to turn SSJ to completely outdo Buuhan

i think it goes like this :

Buuhan beats base Vegetto

SSJ Gogeta beats Super janemba

SSJ3 Gotenks beats kid Buu

Mystic Gohan beats General Rildo.

then the combination of SSJ3 Goku, Mystic Gohan and SSJ3 Gotenks is enough to beat Buuhan, Gogeta is not needed.

because Buuhan = Super Buu + Gohan + a fraction (Piccolo, Goten, Trunks)

and super Buu is equal to SSJ3 Gotenks,

so basically SSJ3 Goku makes the difference in power, but again it's possible for Buuhan to beat those 3, because if we have a person with an amount of ki equal to the sum of Kis of a group of people, that person will always beat the team.

But again Gogeta is there to insure victory.

so yeah heroes win.

The only time Buuhan had him was after fusion and Vegito asked for more.No scratches no nothing.

After that Vegito blasted him and Buuhan reformed.The blast was never meant to kill Buu.

Later Vegito owned him with punches.Buu needed to heal.

Based on what he showed, Vegito can kill Buuhan in his base form if he wants.

nop, all of that is anime fillers, going by the canon source (manga) it was insinuated that Vegeto needed to transform to SSJ or he will be stomped. and that's what happened, Vegeto immediately turned SSJ, he didn't risk fighting Buuhan at base form

Its worth mentioning that Vegetto was surprised at how easily he was able to dominate Buu. He didn't realise that the gap would be that big.

@scouterv Possibly, but It would be extremely difficult. Its debatable wether he is stronger than Buuhan. personally, I think he would need SSJ2 to win comfortably
