Dragon Ball Tournament

With the dozens of characters throughout the Dragon Ball series, I figured it warranted it's own tournament.

This is pretty simple; pick any character from Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z, and hell, even Dragon Ball GT, and I will put you in a match against another user. Winner goes on to round 2, and so on till we have a winner.

But here's the kicker; everyone is depowered. ALL debates will be purely martial arts based. So any Chi Chi fans out there, now's your time! Don't be so hasty to pick Kid Buu or Gotenks, power is nill here. It's all skill baby.

Well it's pretty simple.

I will make a thread pitting you and your desired character against another user. The two of you debate on why you think your character can beat his, and once all is said and done we go to voting. Other users will vote on who they think debated better, and the winner goes on to round 2.

Eventually we get to round 3, etc, until we have an ultimate winner.

SS4 Gogeta was unimaginably cocky and foolish. Several DBZ characters can take him in a skill battle.

@nickzambuto: Krillen is one of the best martial artist in the DB-universe and in martial arts skill I would personally rank him very close to Goku in skill, even over Piccolo and Vegeta

Yes. He fought against two characters at the same time (Olibu, who evenly matched Pikkon, and some monkey guy with angel wings) in the Afterlife during the Buu Saga.

Can't believe someone only just picked Tien. Love him during Dragon Ball. He's clearly skilled martial artist. I recently began thinking, maybe he could take Goku if it wasn't for power level hikes. During DB I mean.

Tien was outclassed by Kid Goku in martial arts. Tien and Kid Goku were tied in power, hell Tien could levitate and nuke the stadium. Goku clearly was the better fighter and outclassed Tien in martial arts, only to lose by luck.

Goku clearly had the better Master. And yet, Tien could keep up for the most part. By the time Tien got to Master Roshi, it was to late. Goku had already advanced.

I would pick yajirobe but that wouldn't be fair to the other contestants,so im going with King Chappa.

Also all the good characters are taken, if I were to participate with what's left it would be either be Demon King Piccolo or Cell.
