All movie versions. Battle Takes place in New York City under infinite Night, so Wolfman will remain the wolf and Lizard will also remain the Lizard and Peter will not run out of webbing.

@uft: lol I tried to make it fair by making it 3 to 1. Still not enough huh? Is untold Drac more than a 10 tonner though? I thought Spiderman and Lizard should be able to match his strength. THe movie said he's as strong as 100 men and he was shown crushing the rock he tried to get up on.

its not about physicality. i just think hes too strong with his bat army, healing factor and bat-teleporting. and infinite night/no silver means they have zero ways to put dracula down. i suppose if peter can get him in webs and keep webbing him up, he might be defeated via restraining.
