If you're talking about Ranma's technique, they might prove some damage. But during the tournament, master roshi said he can't even see the two Goku and Tien's movements anymore. He said they completely disappeared. That's basically faster then any eye movements using just pure speed. Ranma can't match his speed.
I mean Ranmas FAST... (and Im not saying goku isnt) At the beggining at the series he was so fast he hit Ryoga I (think) like 518 times in less than a second..
His striking force is quite tough also even without that special teqnique.

did you watch all of Yu Yu Hakusho or read all the manga. At the end he is way more powerful than any one in Dragonball (notic I am not say Z or GT here)
also Ranma is not that strong Yusuke vs. Ranma would be the worst rape stomp ever.

One fight at a time, tenchi and yusuke wil have to be in another battle let’s focus on dragonball and Ranma 1/2 . Ranma follows the tricks of both Bugs bunny and Indiana Jones. If we going by anything goes fight, he will pose as nurse with a giant needle forcing Goku to quit. He will use his fear of needles against him. It’s an anything goes fight.

when he first met tien? its hard to say. because in physical power and strength and speed they are equal but i have to say ranma is superior to kid goku when he first met tien.
Ranma's durability is close to kid goku's, his combat skills are just as good or better. and With hiren shoten ha the battle basically ends. the stronger the opponent the better when it comes to that technique.
