It was Annataz who beat Mxy actually,which is still PIS ofc. Prime just took advantage of him.

52 Superman can't handle a combination of Classic Doctor Fate, and Classic Doctor Strange.

Classic Doctor Strange or Classic Doctor Fate could curbstomp Mr.Majestic alone.

Pre-Flashpoint morals off Doctor Fate can beat him too, or ZOM Strange.
