I know that, have that issue myself. Just that Beyonder especially Pre-retconned is just all types of ridiculous.

Beyonder. However, Since Strangefate is the fusion of classic Strange, SA Fate, and Xavier, he would be very powerful. I say abstract/Elder or above.

I'd actually say Dr. Strangefate.
 
The reason being that in the Amalgam universe, he was regarded as the most powerful. And the Amalgam universe has some version of PR Beyonder plus...I don't know who, but someone powerful in it. Therefore, Strangefate > Beyonder.

PR Beyonder is literally beyond the abilities of all things within the Marvel-verse combined. (unless he wills himself otherwise alla Rachel Summers.) The main issue here would be whether Beyonder would have enough interest in the fight to bother wiping Strangefate out of existence. Bloodlusted, Beyonder would wipe away Strangefate, (along with the rest of the Omniverse,) like a smudge on his retro jumpsuit.
