I don't even think Voldemert could touch Dormammu's power level. And Dr. Strange has schooled Dormammu in the past.
Voldemort would do something awesome-ish, like yell some sort of magical phrase, and point his dinky little twig at Strange. Suddenly, a flash of green appears, and Strange appears unscathed. Voldemort looks on in horror as he asks, "wh...who....who ARE YOU?"
"I am the Sorcerer Supreme"
shoomp. (/dead)

Well said.
@the_iron_cavalier: Umm I don't think Strange would survive from an Avada Kedavra blast. Anyway, I think Strange would still win this fight because he has many more tools to utilize.
@arranvid: actually classic fate and classic strange are = in terms of power now a days ur prolly right tho

Oh wow that's cool friend! :-)
@arranvid: no problem ;)
Dr. Strange could eat a bowl full of Avada Kedavras and heartburn would be the worst possible outcome.
@jashro44; Mismatch.
Just for the record, Strange has a mystical contract with Death itself to prevent him from dying through normal means and thus Avada Kedavra won't do anything given its nature.

Strange would no sell an Avada Kedavra blast.
He is so far above Voldy its a mismatch. Strange one shots.
@jardinain2: But I thought an Avada Kedavra attack is unavoidable. I thought Strange would win because he's far too quick and deceptive for Voldy to follow BUT if Voldy did by lucky chance manage to use Avada Kedavra on Strange and hit him then it's game over...that was my line of thinking
@arranvid: Tell that to the kids who dodged them lol.
Plus the attack has never hurt or killed someone on the level of Strange.

The Eye of Agamotto also provides mystical/magical protection far above of the levels shown be the Potterverse.
Resuming: I don't think Avada Kedavra would work on him.
@jardinain2: I did some more research and I think you're right. Dr. Strange may even be able to block it since the killing curse isn't fully unblockable...it can be dodged and blocked with a physical barrier among other stuff.
From a source:
"The Killing Curse (Avada Kedavra) is a tool of the Dark Arts and one of the three Unforgivable Curses. It is one of the most powerful and sinister spells known to wizardkind. When cast successfully on a living person or creature, the curse causes instantaneous, painless death, without any signs of violence on the body.
The only known counter-spell is sacrificial protection, which uses themagic of love. However, one may dodge the green bolt, block it with a physical barrier or by the use of Priori Incantatem. The Killing Curse is an "unblockable" curse, thus Shield Charms won't defend against it. An explosion or green fire may result if the spell hits something other than a living target."
Anyway we both agree that Strange would win but now I also agree with you that Strange can do something against Avada Kedavra.
Happy New Year & best wishes btw :-)
@arranvid: Been awhile since i read the books thanks for the info!
