they can manipulate matter better than owen reach out across the universe and manipulate most the minds in the universe .

infact i remember uatu claiming that he could stalemate galactus if he were allowed to fight.

they are on par with the celestrials.

Classic Doctor Strange was reguarly beating insanly powerful beings, more powerful than Uatu. But Current Doctor Strange will lose.

that don't mean he should have the fantastc 4 have beaten some of the most powerful villians in comics but they lose regularly on here.

everytime strange has beaten a major badass he has had time to prepare spells he doesn't have that here with a simple thought uatu could kill him.

The only Dr. Strange that will lose to a Watcher is the Surgeon.

@MasterAction: I imagine it's a given that the Watcher has a reason to fight in the first place; he generally doesn't do much of anything except, well, watch. I really doubt Dr. Strange could defeat him.
