Naw, I made a thread similar to this one pitting almost every incarnation of Supes against Solar but TR wasn't on that list.
Dr. Solar is multiversal right?
He doesnt really have a multiversal feat, at least a writer commentary at the end of one issue suggest he could destroy entire universes with a snap of his finger.
I think the huge shift they had after Acclaim bought Valiant is what helped Solar, because from a guy who struggled against Man-o-war armour, he went to being called a god, and despite having struggling with the same Amour twice, once Acclaim took ownership he defeats the armour with all but a wave of his hand.
