Dr. Manhatten, from Alan Moore's Watchmen.

Who would win, but, more importantly, what kind of fight would that be? Like, would any punches even be thrown, or would it all be, like, metaphysical, every word and action a metaphor for something crazy? Oh man...this fight would rock...

Dream. He's immortal, and could mess with Manhattan's mind very, very badly. He's had approximately forever to train the uses of his powers. Manhattan stands no chance, IMO.
