Since the other forum didn't make it clear it it was morals on or off so in this battle its morals off and takes place on mars round 1 will be post crisis superman and round 2 will be silver age suerman

Superman has no way to kill Dr M. On the other hand Dr M could simply disintegrate Superman. If he cant (a possibility), he can just create Kryptonite, or Red Sun radiation, to kill Superman. I mean, Manhattan with his matter manipulation powers and being able to know the future, and not being killable and all...it's too much for Superman to handle.
