Battlefield: The Courtyard of a Castle.
No prep.
Doom has his tech.
In character morals.
Both have some knowledge about each other.
Standard winning rules.

Versions are in the pictures.

Zarathos should win but if Doom had prep, he would win.

Doom wins.

He doesn't need prep because he already prepped for everything since he became Dr. Doom.

All Doom has to do is summon the Bands of Cyttorak. Game over for Zarathos.

Doom easily handled Nightmare who is more powerful than Mephisto, which Mephisto is more powerful than Zarathos. Doom had no prep-time too. He used a single spell to banish Nightmare.

Another note: Zarathos can be contained for as ever long as he is contained for until released. Mephisto can not be contained.
