We'll just have to agree to disagree. Being second in magic (to Doctor Strange) is extremely impressive. Doctor Strange taught Doom some of the magic he knows.

The best thing he did in that video was swing at He-Man but He-Man blocked it and then they just stand there and struggle for awhile until He-Man knocks away Skeletor's weapon. The beginning of the video was just Skeletor failing to hit He-Man with long ranged attacks. That isn't impressive. At the end he only made He-Man struggle because he tricked him and was caught off guard but even then he still evaded and blocked every attack Skeletor threw at him. He-Man doesn't seem to have any trouble with Skeletor so you can cut it out with the ABC logic.

Actualy Dr Doom IS pretty "Incompetent Villains",Doctor Doom in cartoon can be arogant also still never accomplishes any real victory AGAINST Fantastic Four.Thus far, only the NA SKELETOR version of Skeletor has been able to do that. NA SKELETOR could be considered one of the most intelegent and smart Villains in the history of of Villains from 80/90.Unlike 2002 Skeletor AND FILMATION who regularly abuses and humiliates his minions NA SKELETOR control his minions from behind the scenes.He has GREAT leadership skills .you cant be a real threat if you usually loses his temper a lot like Serpentor in the G.I.Joe,Wrath/amon FROM Conan the Adventurer (animated series) ,Galvatron FROM Transformers.Galvatron is worst leader ever.Like as I said before NA SKELETOR could be considered one of the most intelegent and smart Villains in the history of Villains from 80/90,Unlike 2002 Skeletor AND FILMATION , who regularly abuses and humiliates his minions NA SKELETOR control his minions from behind the scenes,He has GREAT leadership skills

Doom is only second to doctor strange when it comes to the occult, and he can give both mr fantastic and ironman a run for their money science-wise.

Also the battle takes place in latveria, which is doom's home turf. Even if skeletor is a great sorcerer, it seems like the odds are stacking against him.

He-Man needs to constantly update his armour and powers to keep up with Skeletor. Battle Armour vs. Battle Armour; Flying Fists vs. Terror Claws; Thunder Punch to counter Dragon Blast - ultimately it requires Laser Power to take out Laser Light. Skeletor is the foe that keeps He-Man hopping.Skeletor is faster has Instant Transmission better than GOKU.In Filmation Skeletor has Toon Force Magic he can do everything. EVERYTHING.Skeletor is also better fighter and physically stronger than Dr Doom and much more durable.
