Dr. Doom vs Sephiroth

One of the most imfamous villains in gaming history versus the one of the most boss villians in comic books.

Sephiroth gets no prep.

Both are in character.

Fight takes place on top of a mesa in the middle of an empty desert.

Scenario 1: Crisis Core Sephiroth vs Doom W/O prep.

Scenario 2: Crisis Core Sephiroth vs Doom W/ 1 hour prep.

Scenario 3: Advent Children Sephiroth vs Doom W/ 1 hour prep.

Who wins?

Since it appears I failed to put a picture of Sephiroth in the post, here it is.

I think Crisis core Sephiroth has this in Scenario 1 and 2. He's just so ridiculously powerful, I mean that sword cuts down dragons. And his magic is nothing to be laughed at. Dr. Doom is powerful, but his superhuman abilities are no where near Sephiroths. Against Advent Children Version he stands a bit of a chance because Sephiroth was so weakened. But even still I put scenario 3 as a 50/50. Maybe it's because I'm a bit of an ff7 fanboy.

Super Speed - Capable of deflecting bullets

Genius Level Intellect

Master Tactician

Flight / Levitation

Magic: Includes Fire, Ice, Water, Lightning, etc. (Via Materia and without)

Oh ok....hmmm

Sephiroth killed a dragon with just his sword. He impaled a Midgar Zolom on a whittled tree. He displayed telekinesis, flight, and teleportation.

I'm not saying he wins or not, but he's badass.

Okay on feats alone Doom is one of Marvels greatest... He's a very powerful sorcerer and also debatelbly the smartest person on marvel earth and top 5 in marvel U. (not including forces or entities like LT or PF)
