Dr. Doom vs Magus with IG

Dr. Doom has a ray gun, but he also has all the tech inside his armor like he has all the time.

Magus has the Infinity Gauntlet with all Gems attached to it EXCEPT the Soul Gem.

Magus is actually with Warlock anticipating Dr. Doom, but Doom initiated the attack by teleporting behind them unexpectedly. While Dr. Doom goes after Magus, K the Conqueror distracts Warlock.

Who wins?

Magus could win through PIS, but Quasar would have to be there as a distraction with his finger on the trigger of the Ultimate Nullifier.

What in the world makes anyone think that Doom, even with Kang has a shot against the Gauntlet? NPH says it all..... stomp for Magus...

I'd say your bog standard Magnus sans IG could beat Doom.
