Doom bfr's Ultron and beats Magneto

1 hour of prep should be enough for Doom to take out both

If this is one of Ultron's more powerful forms (or his most powerful) I don't see how he loses.

The one who controls metal...you know, the thing the other two guys are covered in?

it was a hulk robot who stomped A-bomb and Red hulk at the same time earlier on, so granted that version of hulk was still powerful

If Ultron doesn't have anti-magnetism he gets crushed by Magneto. Doctor Doom just reverses Magneto's powers on him like he did before. Doom wins.

@superguy1591: With Doom it's a different story. In every encounter in the comics Doom always reversed Magneto's powers on him and used Magneto's power against him. Doom defeated Magneto consistently through the comics. Idk about Ultron tho.

@sophia89: Since he made his adamantium body he is more often than not adamantium and strong enough to smack around Thor and Hulk with his energy projection. And I believe he can convert to a pure energy form. And that isn't his most powerful form.

Magneto may be able to immobilize him due to the adamantium but it doesn't change the fact neither can hurt him. Doom takes out Magneto (unless Magneto crushes Doom with his own armor which is the real debate). Then it's Doom and Ultron. Without prep Doom isn't winning on Ultron. At least I don't see how.

I'd take Ultron more often than not unless the team gangs up on him and even then I wouldn't bet on it.

all you guys say dr doom would win but if this happened in a comic book I can assure you Magneto would emerge the victor due to his anti hero status in the marvel universe. That is what I think at least

No knowledge and not enough time anyway for Ultron to cancel out Magentos magnetism. Current doom is like a god so he will likely take it otherwise he's made out of metal too with no knowledge of the fight to think about making a counter for Magento

Giving it to Doom based solely on prep doesn't give Ultron due credit. Magic is one hell of a variable, but Ultron also comes with some advantages, like being a technopath and such. He's no push over, nor a slouch in prep.

Doom has had is armor demagnetized and immune to magneto for decades.

As far as I know however Ultron is not immune, Magneto could give him fits.

Magneto's best chance is to hope he can use Ultron as a weapon against doom.

More than likely doom wins. Magneto can not beat him, and while he can not physically beat Ultron he can easily BFR him or use magic to deal with him.

Doom 6/10, Ultron 3/10, Magneto 1/10.

Ultron invades Latveria and takes control of Doom's infrastructure then proceeds to conquer the world with Ultron enhanced doombots while Doom and Magneto frolic about in New York.

What if... Magneto takes out some metal shards from Ultron's adamantium body and sends it in doom's face?

Doom sends out a Doombot to make sure Magneto focuses on Ultron, then Doom curbstomps Magneto.

Kidding. With an hour of prep, Doom is going to annihilate them both. His armor is already not magnetized so there's not really anything Magneto can do, all Doom has to do is bring in a bunch of Doombots and summon some mindless ones to combat Ultron's army while Doom goes after the real Ultron. Plus all of Doom's other magical abilities like body-switching. He can apparently temporarily shut down X-Genes, so there goes Magneto. Once again, Ultron's the only one who actually poses any sort of threat here, and Doom has his own armies.

How is it that they have an hour prep time, but no knowledge?
