who could take over the world first? Doom trying to take over marvel's earth and Luthor taking over Dc's earth.

With the resources of Latveria and the anonymity of being able to plan and scheme within the safe borders of his own soverign nation, I believe that Doom would have the upper hand here.

Agreed. I have an old comic (think it is journey into mystery) where Doom has been releasing a gas into the air that makes people subservient to him. He has been releasing it for years and is basically in control of almost everyone on the planet and they don't even know it yet.

Dr Doom used his time machine to send flash way into the future where the universe is ending (see doomsday's "death") so Flash is gone.

Dr. Doom would have no trouble defeating Lex Luthor. Even Superman, the idiot, can defeat Lex Luthor. Dr. Doom's plans are so transcendental lex luthor is probably under Dr. Doom's control anyway.
