This fight is complicated so I'm a just say Braniac. Because he is a non organisc lifeform and so more elusive.He can escape his body.

Dr. Doom has Latveria, does Brainiac rule a country, or a planet or anything? Doom already has a home team advantage and good dictatorship skills, and Doom Bots to die for him, so I'd say Doom.

Despite the fact that Brainiac has super intelligences Doctor Doom is more versatile in the intellectual department. Brainiac has a super logcal mind that allows him to do adavance calculation give him super logic and reason deduction and develop effective strategy and more logic related intelligence. Doctor Doom is logical and creative despite the fact that he does not have super intelligence(his intelligence is still in the human range) that why i rank Doctor Doom intelligence higher then Brainiac.

But Dr. Doom has better prep feats i am assuming that makes Dr. Doom more powerful when it comes to a fight. Marvel listed Reed Richards as the smartest person on marvel earth (although we dont understand why High Evolutionary isnt there) but Dr. Doom has better prep feat like taking down silver surfer, Odin, galactus and PR Beyonder. @jojjimbo said:

Doom... it doesn't really matter on how much intelligence you have. It all just goes down if you know how to use it along with all of your other resources. Brainiac maybe smarter than Doom but Doom always finds a way in defeating an enemy through his wits coupled along with his superb knowledge.

I dont see why people thing Doom can beat braniac 12 level intellect who thinks faster and just way smarter. I am not sure if you all remember braniac has some good feats as well yes he has destroyed and take over countless worlds and if i remember all the Braniacs share intellect if i remember correctly .

Brainiac wins this he has superior abilities and resources from all those conquered worlds. He can push Dooms buttons by wearing a Reed mask or something, Brainiac doesn't have the weaknesses Dooms ego gives him.

Without Prep Doom has taken on Iron Man, Surfer, IG wearing Thanos and Magus with Sweet Results. He also has Heavy Magic abilities that rivals Starnge. His Tech in his Suit alone is as good as Starks if not better. Has Forcefields that can withstand a Blast from the IG or Galactus.

Doom being an actual human, has the ability to think outside of what braniac would consider rational. I think that "flaw" would actualy be his greatest strength in this situation. Brainiac may have a plan and a general outline of how humans might react in certain situations but there is always that chance of unpradictability which Doom is too well rounded to predict and will counter anything brainiac because of that. Not saying brainiac wouldn't adjust to anything doom would do, I just don't think he would be properly prepaired because doom isnt the normal villain.
