I always though personally that was PIS honestly ^ I mean if you think about it, Beyonder was this "uber powerful" near to TTOA level being right? yet Dr. Doom stole his powers then lost them....lol I just think he's overrated Beyonder...if he was really that powerful and smart, you don't let smaller beings steal your abilities...lol know what I'm saying? 
 
But there have also been many times where Bats has been key in JL battles and the brains/reasons why they defeated far higher powered beings as well... 
 
IM is also up there and Reed....really a few but I will say for a human, Bats is at the top of his peak(for a guy without one super power, he's impressive)

A bit yes for someone that is omnipotent to lose is a bit silly, but still Doom has crazy high end feats with prep, stealing powers of people that hold universe's in their hands and the like. 
Speaking of impossible, Bat's physical condition comes to mind. :P

Yeah, I think even though Bats is human they make him "super human" at times minus abilities lol. I still think he's a neat, unique character. Most people have powers of some sort. 
 
Oh yeah, Doom is impressive I think Bats is too. Reed, IM, Ras etc I think there's a few really, really smart guys out there in comics(usually some of which have no powers or little power I've noticed) lol guess they have to make it up some how right?

Doom went back in time to stop the JFK assassination.  He blocked the bullet with his impenetrable armor and JFK's head blew up in amazement.

Doom easily outdoes Batman.  =)

Batman will meet his DOOOOOM!!! Sorry, had to say it. Both of them are monsters with prep but I believe doom would outclass Batman. Bats might be a better martial artist, but Doom has magic along with gadgets.

Yeah I agree with you guys, plus I would like to add, there seems to be alot of people on CV who have little respect for Batman. I blame this on them not reading Batman comics because if they knew anything about Bruce they would know Victor has way to manny flaws in his way of doing things for Batman, to take advantage of. Without any prep Batman could still win depending on were the encounter took place. With prep I think he could for sure take on Doctor Doom.   "
