  I'm no expert on Apocalypse, but on his page, I see the following:

Apocalypse has virtually unlimited strength.

His transmutation ability limits aren’t known.

He has an awesome healing factor.

Technically he can resurrect himself.

He’s got some telepathic, telekinetic, and psionic abilities.

Apocalypse has been known to teleport.

He has transferred his consciousness into other bodies.   
 
I am by NO MEANS counting Doom out of this fight, especially easily.  But I don't think that a genius human would defeat the (supposedly) oldest mutant in the world.  I just think you might be counting Doom as the winner a little early, my friend.   With one hour prep time, Doom MIGHT possibly win it, but I doubt it.  Doom is a brilliant genius, but I'm not sure he's one-hour-to-beat-Apocalypse genius.  Know what I mean?  In a random encounter, ALL my money goes on Apocalypse!!

His transmutation ability limits aren’t known. - I believe he has to retain him mass. (I think).

He has an awesome healing factor. - His armor does certainly. Not sure how it stands up to magic.

Technically he can resurrect himself. - I am presuming this is either him transfering his conciousness or using a sarchophagus neither of which is inherent to Apocalypse.

He’s got some telepathic, telekinetic, and psionic abilities. - I think these can be countered with magic and Tech in Dooms Armor.

Apocalypse has been known to teleport. - Not in combat that I am aware of.

He has transferred his consciousness into other bodies. - So can Doom. Both of them have to use Tech to do so.

Sure!  I just can't see Doom (a mortal human) defeating Apocalypse, especially when neither of them know they're going to fight.  Sure, Doom's got weapons and genius, but Apocalypse has just as much, if not more.  Telepathy, telekinesis, helaing factor, unlimited strength.....NONE of which Doom has.  Plus, just as Doom can fly, so can Apocalypse.  I'm not an expert on either character, by any means, so I'll ask honestly (because I don't know) what magical powers does Doom have that can take Apocalypse ?  (Meaning, how would he use them to defeat Apocalypse ?)

beyonders tech or celestials tech?  in any case doom most likely appocarch is to steal apocalypses power his usual routine (If you cant beat him with your own power than jack his power) "

this makes no since. i thought it took the x-men and the brotherhood together and they still couldnt beat apocalypse.

but i still dont think doctor doom could take out a whole team of x-men.
