Dr. Doom or Iron Man

Who would you rather be with if Doomsday came crashing down and looking for trouble? In other words, which character would fare better against an unprepped battle with Doomsday. Both characters have their standard armor.

Dr. Doom all day long, that guy is WAY out of Iron Mans league, Doom has magic as well as tech which makes him a better bet when it comes to who will stop Doomsday from destroying you.

I say Doom.

I will still give this to Doom... it's pretty much a self explanatory...

I believe doom is more powerful but he likely wouldn't care enough to protect anyone. He would teleport away. Either way though doomsday kills us.

@jashro44: I was kind of going on the premise that they would have a motive to protect us and we were picking which one would do a better job of saving our hide, In which case Doom is the clear choice. If it is just who do you want standing next to you when Doomsday comes to rip you in half well, really, you're screwed either way. Dr. Doom would just leave, and Iron Man wouldn't be able to save you. Actually on second thought Iron Man might be the better choice as he could pick you up and fly away with you. But still, if both have a reason to want you alive I would trust Dr. Doom to keep me in one piece over Stark any day.

DOOM. Iron Man would be useless against Doomsday.

@TotalBalance: If they are motivated to protect use I agree doom is the better choice (he can teleport us to safety) but the op says doomsday comes crashing down the wall and which character would you want next to you. I doubt doom would make an effort to protect us. All though if he is motivated I suppose he is the better choice. I agree we are screwed if he just comes crashing down.
