Dovinkin has daedric armor and all equipable weapons. Naruto has standard gear.

The combatants start out on opposite sides of a mountain range.

Versions:

Dovinkin has all base game abilities unlocked and skills maxed.

Naruto is from his fight with pein but can use filler and relevant movie feats.

Dont know who is Dovinkin, but he stomps!

Can naruto manipulate time, burst mountains with his voice and solo entire armies alone?

Dovahkiin shatters the Earth with his fus Roh Dah as stated by the Grey Beards. He's a walking god being backed by The God of freaking Time. He stomps.

He used to be dovahkiin, but then he took an arrow to the knee.

Under normal circumstances I would've tagged reikai into this battle, but since this is a battle of two controversial characters,....nah.

Big Ball Rasengan + Multiple clones + Speed + Agility + Good stamina + Good taijutsu = Victory.

If this was lore Dragonborn though then this would go differently.

Dovahkiin wins. Gameplay Dovahkiin can just exploit his/her way to invincibility and he can basically crouch and Naruto then magically loses sight of him.

OP didn't say anything about exploits, not to mention Dovahkiin has non-enchanted Daedric armor so he can't enchant himself to invincibility and there isn't any prep-time in this battle. Didn't Bestheda fix the glitch or at least lower the effects of the glitch in a patch anyway? He can't really enchant himself to absolute invincibility, or at least not anymore.

Even though Dovahkiin has a range of abilities, he can't dodge a good amount of Naruto's attacks. He can't repeatedly spam shouts since he doesn't have the restoration potion/talos amulet glitch in this battle. Magic has been heavily decreased in Skyrim from previous instalments in the TES franchise and even though despite being really handy, won't do anything drastic to help Dovahkiin in this battle. Dovah has terrible agility and even though he can use the slow time shout and dodge some lightning magic via jumping/aim-jodging, it will still definitely hinder him in battle, especially with an opponent as fast as Naruto.

Not to mention Naruto has the number advantage with the Shadow clone techinique which he can use in conjuction with his powerful rasengan and sage-mode attacks. Naruto takes this at the end.

Dragonborn shatters continents just by whispering. No way Naruto can top that.

This is gameplay Dovahkiin, not lore. He can't do a Fus Ro Dah shout near that capacity.
