• Juggernaut is allowd to become any kind of Juggernaut he was before in round 2.

• Dovahkiin Shout doesnt need to recharge so does him magic.

Round 2: Win by DEATH!

Juggernaut. I'm not sure if Dovahkiin can actually hurt him.

Can he use the Wabbajack?

Juggernaut has an invulnerability Force Field and wards/barriers block the Wabbajack, so he can't. Also, any Juggernaut also includes dimension-punching Trion-Juggernaut.

Only way I could even see the Dragonborn winning is if it was Normal Juggs and he could use the Staff of Magnus to siphon away the magical power that fuels the Juggernaut, enough to make him vulnerable and knock off the helmet to hit'em with Illusion spells, to pacify him or make him run away in fear.
