Doomsday vs Thanos

- This is Doomsday when he fought Superman for the first time

- Thanos is post annihilation, in this fight Doomsday doesn't have his adaptation abilities and PIS powers

- Thanos can die, morals off, this is purely H2H combat, who wins and why?

Death of Superman Doomsday loses. Why not make this Hunter/Prey or even Doomsday Wars or OWAW Doomsday?

Even if he can die, Thanos has enough durability to make it seem like he couldn't.

I doubt anything short of a Kryptonian-adapted Doomsday will even phase Thanos..

For one he is just too darn powerful for Doomsday to defeat.

Secondly he is has been around far too long and has way too much experience for Doomsday to beat him.

Hunter/Prey Doomsday pwned Darkseid like he was nothing. I realize Thanos is more powerful but not by what some believe. I honestly don't see Thanos defeating the most powerful version of Doomsday in hand to hand.

Pure hand-to-hand, Doomsday wins.

Even in his original(death of superman) incarnation, he was able to get physically stronger on the spot(IIRC, doomsday's first punch did nothing to superman, his second punch sent superman flying).

It might take some time, since Thanos is definitely more skilled, but eventually Thanos gets ripped apart through sheer superior power.

@SirMethos: The OP disabled Doomsday's evolution.

Thanos rarely shows h2h skills but he is a very good fighter, he trained Gamora who is one of the most skilled h2h fighters in Marvel.

Since doomsday cant evolve, I am giving this to Thanos due to better fighting skill.

Strenght will be on par. Speed is similar. They both are very old creatures.

For the record realize that the fight is H2H. That being said I still feel that Thanos takes all forms of Doomsday. When I said he is too powerful, I thought that it would have been understood that in H2H I would have to mean Physically. Sorry for not being clearer.
