Idk, the animated doomsday wasn't the known beast, but animated hulk didn't impress me a lot as well..

Well, Superman still created a huge crator in Metropolis to kill Doomsday. So I'll go Doomsday, while DD animated is far weaker then comic version I'm still going DD here.
