Doomsday VS Hancock

Doomsday's trump-card will always being his adaptive healing/resurrection/immunity to whatever killed him before. In the short run, he'd probably lose seeing that Hancock had no visible (or even known) weaknesses outside of Mary. In the long run, Doomsday would revive himself sooner or later and defeat Hancock (unless Hancock was smart enough to use different tactics and methods of killing him the following instances).

Hancock wins he throws doomsday in to a black hole end of the story,,

DD takes this, he is too fast and powerful and they'd both be using the same things to fight (strength and speed) and DD surpasses hancock in that area.

Stalemate.

Hancock cannot permanently kill Doomsday, and Hancock has no weaknesses that Doomsday can exploit (aside from Mary but then she can be removed from the equation).

Hancocks goes 'I have no problem pimp slappin the shiznitz out of some ugly alien monster' then he proceeds to do it.

Doomsday wrecks Hancock, very badly.

I'm gonna say Doomsday. Hancock did nothing in the movie to suggest that he was stronger than Superman, and we all know that Doomsday gives him plenty of trouble.

Hancock is SOOOOOOOOOO overated. He has barely any feats and was almost killed by some street levelers. Doomsday stomps, hard.

..... putting Doomsday in the sun means nothing when he adapted to intense temperatures hotter than the sun .........

@The_Thunderer: I have a couple of arguments. First: Doomsday has been killed, injured before so that is an option. Second, Your OP says "last man standing" wins. So if Hancock only kills him once that is a win. At best it is a stalemate leaning in Hancocks favor. We know Doomsday can be injured and killed by sufficient strength. Hancock may have that strength. But no matter how strong DD is he can't kill Hancock. Advantage: Hancock.

@pooty You're joking, right? What feats does Hancock have that put him near Superman or Doomsday level strength and speed? Lifting a whale is close to nothing for Superman, and that's the biggest strength feat Hancock has.

I don't see how Hancock can be put on Doomsday level? I mean like I saw a battle forum with Hancock vs Avengers? He is not that strong.

@ImTheDamnBatman: @Noctis: I have no guarantee that hancock is strong enough to kill Doomsday. But you have no way of guaranteeing he is not. Hancock never exerted any effort in any of his lifting feats. So his strength and speed limit are unknown. So the outcome of this battle is inconclusive.

this is the result of writers not having fully developed characters and fans blowing them out of proportion with speculations ..... I heard someone say Hancock had heat vision ....... nuff said

To me this is a flat out mismatch.

Hancocks not even as classed as Superman let alone Doomsday, and doomsday killed superman with his bare hands. to me this is not a fair fight.

oh yeah, I just looked it up actually, I forgot about the "engineers" part, its just that they weren't called space jockeys in the movie .... at least not that I remember

I don't think Hancock is on the level of superman so Doomsday wins,However,if you use those inferior clones that superman blew away with his heat vision then maybe he could win.

Where do you guys get these examples from? One guy tried to compare hancock to a baby who head butted a person in the nose. Another compared Hancock to an ant scratching a diamond. and now this one. Batman has feats that prove he can NOT compete with Galactus. What feat does DD have that PROVES he can beat hancock? What feat does Hancock have that PROVES he is not strong enough to defeat DD? It's inconclusive. DD has a limit. We know how strong and durable he is. Hancock's limits is unknown. And by saying he can't beat DD you are putting a limit on him.

Havent you read a doomsday comic? Did you not see that Doomsday is powerful enough with his strength to beat the hell out of superman, superboy and supergirl?

@ImTheDamnBatman: It would be hypocritical of me to answer yes or no. Either way i would be putting a limit on him. I'm saying: as of right now his strength and durability is somewhere between class 100 and near infinite. I know that is a large gap but he's only had one movie.
